The approach to St-Lô: U.S. Lists

Para nuestra campaña de St-Lô hemos limitado las Compañías elegibles a los libros y briefings de Normandía. Además, se ha fijado una puntuación máxima de 1575p a fin de fomentar una mayor variabilidad en las listas.

For our forthcoming St-Lô Campaign, only Companies from the Normandy books and briefings are eligible. In addition, a 1575p threshold has been set to encourage a greater variability in the lists.

Para nuestra Campaña de St-Lô he escogido una variante de la Task Force A de la Liga. Rápida y agresiva, su efectividad se reduce considerablemente frente a infantería atrincherada. Por esa razón, su amplia dotación de medios de reconocimiento tienen que ser capaces de minimizar las emboscadas enemigas. No es especialmente contundente en asaltos, pero cuenta con una gran potencia de fuego para preparar la acción de sus dos pelotones de infantería.

For our St-Lô Campaign I have chosen a downsized variant of the Task Force A list I have battle-tested in our Walküre League. Fast and aggressive, its performance can be greatly reduced against stubborn infantry in prepared positions. Due to this, I bolstered their Recon assets to deal with enemy ambushes. Not particularly strong in assaults, it still has plenty of firepower to prepare the ground for the Poor Bloody Infantry.

Our comrade Paz has decided to unleash the Stuart Power! Cry havoc! No less than 16 light tanks sworn to harass enemy infantry. And if some pesky StuGs appear to threaten the swarm, the Hellcats will be ready to punch their noses. A balanced, mobile and very dangerous list in open terrain, but the bocage is treacherous and unforgiving.

Bravosix ha elegido una Compañía de asalto de la 4ª División de Infantería. ¡Nada menos que 4 de sus 8 Pelotones son artillería, y además cuenta con aviación! (aunque sólo a 6+ por limitaciones de la lista). Con sólo 3 Pelotones capaces de asaltar, va a tener que utilizarlos con mucho cuidado, ¡pero mientras tanto, los fuegos artificiales van a ser imponentes!

Bravosix has chosen an assault company from the 4th Infantry Division, nicknamed "Ivy" for the Roman numeral IV. Surprisingly, 4 out of its 8 Platoons are artillery, and it even has Air Support too! (albeit planes will only arrive at 6+ rolls due to list features). With only 3 assaulting Platoons, he will have to use them very carefully, but hey! The fireworks are going to be impressive!
