Qué puedo decir; me encantan las listas bien equilibradas, con un poco de todo, y las suelo llevar en batalla, pero esta vez me apetecía probar algo diametralmente opuesto. Esta es la Compañía más extrema que se me ocurre, pero confío en que pueda batirse razonablemente bien. Naturalmente es un 'One trick pony' con unas opciones tácticas muy limitadas, pero tiene que ser impagable ver las caras de tus oponentes cuando tengan esto delante.

I am usually fond of pretty balanced Swiss-army-knife Companies, and favor them on the field, but this time I wanted to try something dramatically different. This is the most extreme Company I can think of, but I am confident it can put up a fight. Of course it is a one-trick pony with very limited tactical options, but hey, looking at your opponents' faces is priceless!

Otra Compañía Panzerspäh, en este caso, Rgarcim ha tomado un camino diferente, dejando a un lado a la Infantería a cambio de músculo acorazado. La propia Compañía parece un tanto desequilibrada; todos los Pelotones son móviles, pero sólo uno es capaz de realizar Asaltos propiamente dichos. A la hora de defender la cosa pinta peor, sin infantería para agarrarse al terreno y con sólo un puñado de carros para proteger los Objetivos. Además, los escenarios con Reservas Móviles son una pesadilla para esta Compañía. La artillería es de doble uso, ya que los Wespe pueden ser empleados para ofrecer un devastador apoyo cercano en tiro directo... eso sí, con mucho cuidado.

Another Panzerspäh Company, Rgarcim has taken a different approach, setting aside infantry in exchange for Armored muscle. The Company itself seems pretty unbalanced; all Platoons are mobile, but just one is suitable for Assaulting. On the defensive, things look worse: with no infantry to hold ground and a handful of tanks to protect the Objectives. In addition, Missions with Mobile Reserves are a nightmare for this Company. Artillery is multi-purpose, though, as the Wespes can be used to provide devastating close fire support... with care.

Una elección inusual para una Liga, la Compañía Panzerspäh de Bravosix pone casi toda su fuerza en los Support Platoons, concretamente en los Pelotones de Infantería acorazada en ligar de incluir carros pesados o medios. En suma, se trata de una fuerza móvil anti-infantería que depende seriamente de sus ligeras patrullas Recon y sus cohetes pesados para ablandar las posiciones enemigas antes de asaltarlas. Por otro lado, esta Compañía está mal equipada para enfrentarse a un número importante de carros al carecer de medios AT directos dignos de tal nombre, prefiriendo arriesgarse en inciertos ataques por los flancos.

An unusual choice of list for a League, Bravosix's Panzerspäh Company puts all its strength into the gepanzert Infantry Platoons instead of fielding medium or heavy tanks. Overall it is an anti-infantry mobile strike force that relies heavily in light Recce Patrols and heavy rockets to soften enemy positions before assaulting. On the other hand, this Company is ill-fitted to deal with a sizeable number of tanks, lacking any direct AT assets and gambling on unlikely flanking attacks.

La Compañía alemana de Paz es una agresiva lista de carros de la Panzer Lehr con 'Always Attack', sacada del Briefing 'Panzers to the Meuse'. Con no menos de SEIS Pelotones capaces de realizar Movimiento Recon/Spearhead Deployment, esta Compañía puede pillar fácilmente a contrapié al enemigo, poniendo un cuchillo en su garganta y sobrepasando sus posiciones. Su poco ortodoxa estructura de 7 Pelotones no es un problema cuando te aseguras ser el atacante en la mayoría de los Escenarios.

Paz's German Company is an aggressive Always Atack Panzer Lehr force from the 'Panzers to the Meuse' Briefing. With no less than SIX Platoons capable of Recce movement/Spearhead Deployment, this Company can easily catch the enemy off balance putting a knife to his throat and overrunning his positions utterly. Its unorthodox 7-Platoon structure is not a hindrance when you assure being the attacker in most games.

La Panzer Lehr del Atlantik Wall es, probablemente, la mejor Compañía de Infantería Mecanizada que los alemanes pueden destacar, con sus poderosos Combat Platoons Veteranos y su variedad de apoyos. Chendo ha reunido una fuerza agresiva, contando con Stummels para apoyo de fuego directo, lanzallamas blindados, Recon pesado y unos más que respetables medios contracarro.

Panzer Lehr fron Atlantik Wall is arguably the best Mechanised Infantry Company the Germans can field, with its powerful Veteran Combat Platoons and wide array of Support. Chendo has assembled an aggressive force, with Stummels to provide direct fire support, armoured flamethrowers, heavy Recce, smoke and strong AT capabilities.

Connor alineará una StuG Batterie atípica: sin StuH ni infantería, pero con fuerte apoyo blindado. Aunque está pensada para atacar posiciones de infantería, se echan en falta los Heavy Breakthrough Gun de los StuH, ideales para liquidar peligrosos Gun Teams. La falta de infantería va a ser un problema a la hora de defender, y los Pelotones de 3 carros, aunque sean Veteranos y tengan FA:7, apenas pueden encajar bajas antes de chequear Moral.

Connor has assembled an out-of-the-norm StuG Batterie: no StuHs, no Infantry, but lots of Veteran tanks instead. I'm aware that this Company is (was) designed to cut through stubborn infantry in prepared positions, and thus I miss the StuHs' Heavy Breathrough Guns to deal with those deadly Gun Teams. The lack of Infantry will be more than a nuisance in defensive tasks, and the small 3-tank Platoons (even FA:7 and Veteran), hardly sustain a few losses before being forced to a Morale Check.

Un Panzer Kampfgruppe multipropósito, esta Compañía ejemplifica estupendamente la doctrina de la Panzerwaffe: movilidad y concentración de la fuerza. Cinco Panthers se enfrentarán a los medios pesados enemigos mientras un enjambre de StuGs respaldados por Panzergrenadiers limpian cualquier foco de resistencia. La lista en sí carece de cualquier elemento antiaéreo dedicado, lo que puede ser un serio problema.

A multi-purpose Panzer Kampfgruppe, this Company exemplifies the Panzerwaffe's doctrine: mobility and concentration of force. Five Panthers will face the enemy heavy opposition while the swarm of StuGs backed by Panzergrenadiers wipe any pocket of resistance. The list itself lacks any full-fledged anti-aircraft power, which can be a serious hindrance.

Es difícil construir una Compañía Panzer que se salga de lo habitual y sea razonablemente efectiva. Panzerkanone nos ofrece su versión con la lista de la 26 Panzer que incluye carros lanzallamas para facilitar la limpieza de posiciones fortificadas. Desgraciadamente la lista no tiene demasiados recursos para hacer frente con garantías a otra Compañía de carros, si bien los Panzergrenadier veteranos llenos de Panzerfaust pueden ser muy útiles en defensa. No obstante eso tampoco es realmente un problema, ya que podrá elegir lista en la mayoría de los enfrentamientos.

It is quite difficult to build an out-of-the-norm Panzer Company reasonably effective. Panzerkanone engineered his from the Italian 26 Panzerdivision list, making room to a Flammpanzer Platoon to level enemy strongpoints with ease. At first sight this Company can find itself outgunned against another Tank force, albeit their veteran Faust-men are a force to be reckoned with. However that's not really a problem, since Panzerkanone will pick list in most of the matches.

Nuestro nuevo jugador, Laro, llevará una clásica y fiable Panzergrenadierkompanie. Con un amplio núcleo Veterano y 10 Pelotones, es una lista difícil de sobrepasar en número. Además cuenta con un gran número de blindados, lo que es una buena noticia si eres el atacante.

As our newest player, Laro will field a classic and reliable Panzergrenadier Kompanie. A large Veteran Core and 10 Platoons make it very difficult to outnumber. Also is plenty of armor, which is a good thing if you roll the attacking player.

UAR SP Anti-Tank Company (SU-100M)

Hace algún tiempo, completé la siguiente entrega de mi lista árabe de carros de la Guerra de los Seis Días: la Compañía de SU-100M. Básicamente se trata del mismo vehículo que luchó en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, con algunas pequeñas mejoras para su adaptación a un entorno desértico (la enorme caja de respetos en el lado derecho es la característica externa más notable). Jugaron un papel importante en ambas guerras árabe-israelíes y desempeñaron bien el papel para el que fueron diseñados.

Some time ago, I completed the next installment of my Arab tank list from 1967 6-Day War: the SU-100M Company. Basically, is the same vehicle who fought in the WWII with minor improvements to adapt it to a desert environment (the sizeable stowage box on the right side is the most noticeable external feature). They played an important role in both the Arab-Israeli Wars and performed well their intended role.
